National Grocery Sales Professional

Cavendish Maine is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving business growth in the UK high street and grocery sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of UK high street and grocery customers.
- Negotiate individual customer P&L and terms with the Sales Director.
- Conduct regular range reviews to provide data-driven feedback and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful range launches and meet critical deadlines.
- Participate in product development to support customers in achieving commercial or environmental targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
Requirements:
- A motivated and service-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
- Detailed oriented, proactive problem solver with a challenger mindset.
- Proven experience in managing UK grocery and high street retail accounts, including launching products into the UK market.
