We are seeking a highly skilled and driven National Account Lead to join our client's team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers the chance to manage one of their key retail accounts within the Grocery channel, driving commercial success and enhancing brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer investment and sales strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
- Create and manage annual and long-term plans to achieve brand, category, and customer targets.
- Oversee the customer portfolio, focusing on distribution, promotions, and POS presence to stay competitive and achieve market share objectives.
- Manage the brand portfolio and sales mix at the customer level to meet targets for market share, sales, margins, and customer contribution.
- Achieve customer Net Pricing targets to maximize return on investment and margin delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development role within an FMCG environment.
- Strong skills in relationship-building with both external customers and internal teams.
- Skilled in conflict management and comfortable navigating challenges at all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in selling, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
Benefits Package
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
