National Respiratory Team Lead

National Services for Health Improvement is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving outcomes in line with local and national guidelines. We are seeking an experienced respiratory nurse to join our National Respiratory teams and contribute to this mission.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, with experience in managing respiratory conditions and conducting patient audits. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our team to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
About the Role:
- Salary: £39,000-£44,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Location: Birmingham
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Hybrid Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through specialist clinics and patient audits
- Provide mentorship and support to general practice staff
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement evidence-based practices
- Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing respiratory conditions
- Currently undertaking COPD and/or asthma reviews on a regular basis in primary care
- An interest in respiratory management
- Experience in spirometry
- Full driving licence
- Current NMC registration
