We are expanding our National Respiratory teams and seeking experienced respiratory nurses to deliver high-quality care, improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines, working in primary care. The successful candidates will perform patient audits, deliver specialist clinics, and provide mentorship and support to general practice staff.

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £38,000-£43,500 per year, depending on qualifications/experience (based on FTE)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our team as a Respiratory Specialist Clinics Coordinator. You will work closely with our primary care teams to deliver specialist clinics and provide mentorship and support to general practice staff. Your expertise in managing respiratory conditions will be invaluable in improving patient outcomes and advancing our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist clinics and patient audits
  • Provide mentorship and support to general practice staff
  • Work closely with primary care teams to improve patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing respiratory conditions
  • Currently undertaking COPD and/or asthma reviews on a regular basis in primary care
  • An interest in respiratory management
  • Experience in spirometry
  • Full driving licence
  • Current NMC registration

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Currently hold either or both COPD/Asthma diplomas
  • ARTP qualification
