Job Title: Fixed Term Band 5 Respiratory Physiologists

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Healthcare Science Practitioner (Respiratory Science) to work within our Lung Function & Sleep department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic and therapeutic assessments of patients.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Utilize expertise in respiratory physiology to conduct assessments on patients of all ages.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and staff regarding testing procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Science/Physiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Apprenticeship in Healthcare Science Practitioner.
  • Significant experience in respiratory physiology, including competence in respiratory physiology measurements.
