Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Nurse/Physiotherapist to join our Adult Community Respiratory Team.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a highly specialist adult caseload in a variety of clinic settings, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy programs, and discharge of patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with the Service Manager to carry out workforce planning, develop all areas of the service, and implement Improving Working Lives initiatives
  • Support service business plan and Service Specification development, monitor service activity, and implement local development plans
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Nursing Degree or Physiotherapy Degree registered with NMC or HCPC
  • Excellent time management, leadership skills, and ability to motivate self and others
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
