Respiratory Nurse Specialist

\Component This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist in an expanding National Respiratory team, delivering the highest quality of care to improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines working in primary care.
\Component As a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up to date care for their patients.
\Component In this role, you will be responsible for conducting COPD/Asthma patient reviews via telephone or video-consultation, and supporting healthcare professionals and patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways in Asthma and COPD.
\Component You will also work in partnership with the NHS in primary care, delivering a unique nursing programme which focuses on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care, and improving patient outcomes.
\Component This is a role with responsibility for a defined geographical area and requires excellent planning & organisational skills, along with confident driving ability.
\Component Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
