The position of National Sales Manager A&D involves leading a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and success in the architecture and design (A&D) sector. The successful candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, developing effective strategies, and delivering results-driven sales performances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of A&D Specification Sales Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance and business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the A&D community, including architects, project managers, and interior designers.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and guidance on best practices for specification sales, project management, and client engagement.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
