We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our team in the UK. As a National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities between the UK and Ireland in the pallet network/groupage sector.
- Visting existing clients to offer new services and identify potential for growth.
- Analysing sales data and trends to provide insights for improvement.
- Liaising with the sales team in Dublin to follow up leads and identify targets.
- Building a sales team for other group-owned depots across the UK.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Benefits
This is a full-time, office & field-based position offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, plus bonus and car.
Key Requirements
