National Sales Growth Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join the Universal Business Team, driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence nationwide. Based in Doncaster, this role requires frequent travel across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, as well as experience in selling to national house builders and major contractors.
- Build and maintain a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to achieve ambitious targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure a strong and consistent sales pipeline while tracking progress and closing deals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track team performance using KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of delivering results and driving growth.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 - negotiable depending on experience.
