Job Overview:
Sales Leadership Director

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sales Leadership Director to lead our national sales team and drive growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales initiatives, analyze market trends, and stay up-to-date on competitor activities. Your goal will be to increase sales revenue and grow our customer base.

This role requires a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is between $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
