About the Role

The Sales Expansion Director will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of existing business sales in the UK, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. This role involves working closely with a great VP to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans to expand existing business sales by at least 25%
  • Work with top 40 clients to increase seat usage and upsell to larger accounts
  • Travel regularly to meet clients across the globe and build strong relationships
  • Maintain a hunter mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on expanding accounts
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients, ideally in the £50-250k size range
  • Hunter mindset and ability to travel regularly
  • Based in the UK, with a keen interest in building strong relationships with clients

What We Offer

Our estimated salary for this role is £60-75k, plus up to £37.5k OTE (uncapped).
