National Sales Manager (VP of Sales)
At Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as National Sales Manager (VP of Sales). This role offers the opportunity to lead our sales team and drive growth across various channels, including Wholesale, Retail, MRO, Co-Op, and E-commerce. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and experience working with manufacturer's representatives.
Estimated salary for this role is $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Location ideally located in Birmingham, AL or Newport News, VA, but remote or relocation options may be considered.
Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across all sales channels.
  • Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with existing clients and vendors.
  • Supervise customer and competitor activity, staying up-to-date on market trends and industry developments.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop selling resources and implement training plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years sales leadership experience.
  • General knowledge of the plumbing or building supply industry.
