We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Director to lead our successful and highly regarded sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including TPIs and Industrial and Commercial customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
