About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Business Manager to lead our sales team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales success by leading and inspiring a team of regional sales managers while promoting our innovative products to the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and leading a leadership team, including Regional Sales Managers and a National Product Manager.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies across the UK.
  • Recruiting and training agents to achieve business goals.
  • Analyzing market data to inform decision-making.
  • Representing the company at key UK shows and contributing to management meetings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in the agricultural sector.
  • A customer-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills.
