About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team at John Galt Solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with our customers to identify new opportunities, deepen relationships, and increase their lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to leverage our supply chain planning software and services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor on supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Assess Needs: Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Monitor Account Health: Proactively monitor account health and prevent churn.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on location)
