Job Description:Full-time | Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and organised Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support management, front-line customer support calls, and investigating client issues and queries.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure completion of tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will also have regular screen share calls with customers to provide them with the best possible service.
