Customer Success Expert for Vastbouw

Ricoh is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Expert based in Birmingham. This role involves working with customers to ensure they are informed, supported, and have all the tools needed to utilize Ricoh Spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilizing customer data to improve their experience
- Taking responsibility for understanding new features and functionality of SaaS Products (Ricoh Spaces) and their impact on customer success
- Representing the voice of the customer and providing internal feedback to influence product development roadmaps and support changes as required
- Providing and contributing to information and reporting that supports customer success, including agreed KPIs, customer retention, and reviews
- The ability to support customers with product adoption and success (RICOH Spaces)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A background working with customers
- Experience with relationship management
- The ability to deliver user requirements to technical and non-technical teams
- The ability to work with demanding customers
