Customer Success Manager

Orlo Tech is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our local government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management of local government clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience
- Deliver onsite training and support to customers
- Participate in industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Experience in a CSM role in a SaaS company or working in a social media/digital/Comms role within the local government sector
- Understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Comfortable presenting commercial benefits and performance to clients and stakeholders
- Experience working in the public sector is preferred
