Customer Success Manager - Local Government

Orlo Tech is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our local government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management of local government clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Deliver onsite training and support to customers
  • Participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Experience in a CSM role in a SaaS company or working in a social media/digital/Comms role within the local government sector
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Comfortable presenting commercial benefits and performance to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the public sector is preferred
