The Growth Consultants
We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients in the public sector get the most out of our Insights platform.
About the Role
- You'll work closely with a designated set of clients, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.
- You'll develop strong relationships with clients, building trust and credibility through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- You'll design and deliver onboarding sessions for new clients, as well as regular check-ins to ensure they're meeting their goals.
- You'll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, working closely with our sales team to drive growth.
- You'll provide valuable feedback to our product team, helping us to evolve the platform and meet the needs of our clients.

- A motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of driving client success and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
