About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at EML. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership of key customer relationships, driving business growth and delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex customer requests, developing account plans, and working closely with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries within established SLAs.
- Manage and coordinate workload for customers, delivering high-quality inputs on time to ensure business growth.
- Own key customers from a commercial/contract perspective, working closely with the customer service team.
- Grow and develop existing customers, generating new business opportunities where possible.
- Maintain the client database and respond to daily customer queries that require more complex support.
- Develop account plans for customers, gathering information on their current and future operational and commercial needs.
- Manage complex or bespoke customer requests and assist in developing new business/renewal strategies for customers.
- Support the customer support team to resolve customer enquiries within established SLAs.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Relationship management experience and the ability to build trust.
- Ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate at a high level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of prepaid or gift cards (a bonus).
- Proven track record of consistent delivery of results in a solution-oriented manner.
- Ability to operate at a high level internally and with customers.
- High level of organisation and the ability to deal with multiple complex projects simultaneously.
