We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives while providing expert guidance and support to our leadership team and employees.


Your role will involve assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, implementing talent management strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture that drives employee engagement and development across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Employee Support and Coaching: Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance, development, and talent management.
  • Talent Analysis and Management: Analyse workforce trends and initiate proactive measures to address talent gaps.
  • Change Management and Organisational Development: Facilitate change management initiatives and support organisational development efforts.
  • Compliance and Workplace Culture: Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
