We are seeking an ambitious Customer Success Director to lead our Customer Service and Account Management teams. This role offers a challenging opportunity to develop and execute customer retention strategies, drive revenue growth, and maintain market awareness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement customer-centric initiatives to maximise retention and satisfaction
* Oversee complaint resolution, ensuring swift and effective resolutions
* Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and developing team members
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer lifetime value
* Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure team and individual success

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in managing teams in fast-paced environments
* Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities
* Commercial acumen and ability to navigate price-sensitive markets
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
