Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to partner with enterprise businesses, guiding them through the adoption and scaling of our GenAI adtech platform. With 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success with a focus on Generative AI platforms/products, you will be responsible for educating clients regarding the value of GenAI, demonstrating how it can be integrated into their workflows and processes.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a scaling business, and have a keen eye for driving client adoption and revenue growth. Your mission will be to navigate any uncertainties, drive client adoption, and help unlock the full potential of GenAI within their organisations. A proven track record of successfully onboarding and expanding enterprise accounts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage senior client relationships and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success with a focus on Generative AI platforms/products
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and drive growth

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
