About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Programme Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Programme Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of all degree programmes, working closely with Programme Managers, Senior Managers, and Programme Directors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Team, including office management, event organization, and meeting coordination.
  • Support the development of the student experience through engaging with students, attending events, and building effective working relationships.
  • Act as a first point of contact for students and other stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as required.
  • Contribute to the organization of Programme events and activities, including Orientation, exchange activities, speaker events, and Congregation.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Proficient in commonly used IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, with the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of tasks.
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with a focus on suggesting improvements and solutions.
