About the Role

The Leader, Total Rewards for EMENA will be responsible for the implementation, management, and administration of total rewards policies and programs for the EMENA region. This strategic and operational role will lead market research and analysis, and develop compensation recommendations based on company guidelines related to compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and management teams in the region to enable the business to attract, retain, and engage employees.
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to management teams and HR Business Partners.
