About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team at All Things Bloom. As a Wholesale Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Wholesale team, promoting our products, and building strong relationships with our wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Wholesale Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wholesale team, ensuring that sales and account management tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote Products: Promote all our products and be a coffee ambassador, led by our core values and behaviors.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and maintain quarterly sales targets, working closely with the Wholesale team to deliver top-line commercial objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, turning leads into new customers and growing our wholesale business.
  • Collaborate with Roastery Team: Work closely with the Roastery team and founders to identify prospects, improve conversion rates, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Measurement: Have a clear understanding of All Things Bloom's expectations regarding customer service, deliver 'beautifully brewed coffee,' and develop positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the coffee industry.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of growing sales and maintaining relationships in the specialty coffee industry.
  • Skills: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, competent in all Microsoft programs, and experience using management software such as Xero, Unleashed, and Shopify.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and be a team player.
