- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Event Coordination: Represent the brand at trade shows, fashion events, and meetings with buyers. Coordinate the planning and execution of these events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and sales performance metrics to the senior management team.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wholesale sales within the fashion industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite of tools, and other relevant sales tools.
