About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join our team at All Things Bloom. As a key member of our wholesale team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sales and accounts, promoting our products, and building strong relationships with our wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the wholesale account managers to ensure their time and activities are planned correctly.
- Monitor ordering patterns and address changes in volume.
- Coordinate and process 3rd party technical support for customers.
- Conduct training when required from our Roastery or at customers' locations.
- Work as part of a team and communicate excellently with all departments.
- Attend trade events and exhibitions as required.
- Turn leads from inbound enquiries and hunt for outbound leads to convert into new customers.
- Research prospects to understand their needs and sell them on the benefits of our products and services.
- Arrange and host sales meetings with new customers at various locations and settings.
- Keep the new business pipeline up to date, tracking all prospecting and lead management activities.
- Work with our Roastery team and founders to identify prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Work with the Head of Coffee on The Coffee programme and forecasting sales to plan green bean orders.
Requirements
- Have a clear understanding of All Things Bloom's expectations regarding customer service.
- Always understand and deliver 'beautifully brewed coffee'.
- Develop positive relationships with wholesale customers, suppliers, and the coffee industry.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company budgets.
