Customer Support Operations Coordinator

This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial.
The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive support to the Commercial Department, catering to both the domestic market and international clients. This includes overseeing the fulfillment of customer orders related to aftersales spare parts and repairs, while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance across all commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the commercial relationship with clients for all spare parts and repair orders processed by the organization.
- Oversee a dedicated portfolio of spare parts, repair, and post-design service orders from initiation to completion.
- Evaluate commercial risks associated with the business and collaborate with team members to mitigate and manage these risks.
- Implement customer relationship management techniques to enhance external partnerships.
- Facilitate and lead internal and client project reviews, documenting minutes and action items.
- Prepare progress reports and reviews for both clients and management.
- Continuously learn about business risks, contractual terms, payment milestones, cash flow, intellectual property, and business agreements as part of personal and professional development.
- Ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities, along with the capability to develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
