About the Role

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Department. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team of Project Managers with the management of major projects and smaller, lower-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various departments to investigate and resolve project-related issues.
  • Liaise with customers from project inception to order delivery.
  • Manage low-value, low-risk projects.
  • Investigate cost anomalies and resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Ensure project schedules are maintained within the company ERP system.
  • Attend internal and customer project reviews and prepare minutes.
  • Collate and manage risks identified within projects.
  • Prepare contract review data on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop sustainable relationships across the business.
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications, including Project and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and interest in self-development within the role.
