Job Summary

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Department. As a key member of our team, you will assist our Project Managers in the management of major projects and oversee smaller, lower-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various departments to investigate and resolve project-related issues.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage low-value, low-risk projects from inception to delivery.
  • Investigate cost anomalies and resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Ensure project schedules are accurately maintained within our ERP system.
  • Attend internal and customer project reviews, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Collate and manage project risks.
  • Prepare contract review data on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, including Project and Excel.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in self-development opportunities.
