Job Description

**Role Overview**

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Projects Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers with the management of major projects and overseeing smaller, lower-risk projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with various departments to investigate and resolve project-related issues
  • Collaborate with customers from project inception to order delivery
  • Manage low-value, low-risk projects
  • Ensure project schedules are maintained within the company ERP system
  • Attend internal and customer project reviews and prepare minutes
  • Collate and manage risks identified within projects
  • Prepare contract review data on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office applications, including Project and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
