About the Role

The University of London is seeking a highly organized and communicative Laws Student Engagement and Support Officer to provide administrative support to Undergraduate Laws students. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating online study events, responding to student inquiries, and assisting with the production of the monthly newsletter and learning resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of online study events and workshops for Undergraduate Laws students
  • Respond to student inquiries and provide timely and effective support
  • Assist with the production of the monthly newsletter and learning resources
  • Collaborate with the Laws Department to develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and success
  • Provide administrative support to the Laws Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience of providing administrative support in a highly demanding and challenging office environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide and diverse range of colleagues, students, and stakeholders
  • Experience of event management and formulating and continuously improving office practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
