Job Summary:

The Student Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach plans to increase student recruitment for South Bank Colleges. This role will ensure timely and professional relationships with feeder schools, aligning with the college's strategic growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of subject-specific recruitment activities, working with colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate projects.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the LSBU Group of institutions and key feeder schools, providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships.
  • Deliver accurate information and advice on studying and applying to college, promoting South Bank Colleges as a destination of choice for Further Education.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A strong understanding of the Further Education sector and its growth targets is essential.
