Position: Customer Relations and Sales Specialist

Location: Edenbridge

Compensation: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits package

Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays at 5:00 PM

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our reputable and independent organization located in Edenbridge.

We are seeking a committed and diligent Customer Relations and Sales Specialist to become a part of our welcoming team.

In this role, you will have the chance to oversee new customer inquiries within the Print sector and assist the department manager in managing existing customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, drive sales, manage and expand current client accounts, and provide relevant administrative support to the team, including order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively managing inquiries from various sources
  • Estimating and delivering quotations promptly
  • Driving sales and generating independent inquiries
  • Overseeing the sales pipeline and entering data into the internal CRM system
  • Managing existing customer accounts and fulfilling their needs
  • Coordinating new customer orders and liaising with external suppliers
  • Understanding the production process for efficient job planning
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining precise records
  • Organizing and managing the inventory of production materials and equipment
  • Addressing customer non-conformities and resolving issues effectively
  • Requesting and managing product samples from the design team

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ambitious and eager to learn
  • Enthusiastic with a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in Print & Packaging is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
