Position: Customer Account Sales Specialist

Compensation:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits package

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday; Early finish on Fridays at 5pm


We are seeking a committed and diligent Customer Account Sales Specialist to become a part of our welcoming team.


In this position, you will be responsible for managing new customer inquiries within the Print sector and supporting the department manager in overseeing existing customer accounts.

Your role will require exceptional customer service abilities, a talent for driving sales, and the capability to manage and expand current client accounts while providing necessary administrative support to the team, including order processing.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate innate customer service and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales and generating independent inquiries
  • Managing the sales pipeline and entering data into the internal CRM system
  • Overseeing current customer accounts and fulfilling their needs
  • Grasping the production process for effective job planning
  • Maintaining organization and inventory of production materials and equipment

Requirements:
Sales experience is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Previous experience in Print & Packaging is preferred but not mandatory
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
