An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Customer Services Advisor to become a vital part of a dynamic team.
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries in accordance with company protocols; collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and M2M teams to ensure proper departmental engagement.
- Utilize the Global pricing system to generate quotes for standard catalog items and services; determine customer pricing based on established methodologies.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders from clients, inputting them into the ERP System (Glovia) and dispatching order confirmations.
- Gather and assess customer requirements and additional information (such as End Use statements) to facilitate a thorough Contract review.
- Coordinate with the Planning Department to confirm and uphold the anticipated shipping dates for items produced on-site.
- Initiate purchase orders as needed.
- Stay informed about any modifications to the delivery schedule; update the schedule and keep clients informed as necessary.
- Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and returns in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department, taking messages, and/or transferring calls as required.
- Participate in weekly Production meetings to record changes to customer shipping dates.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Experience in B2B Customer Service, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- Basic understanding of ISO9001 / AS9100 standards.
- Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Ability to comprehend technical terminology, work with a technical catalog, and interpret simple technical drawings.
- Proficient in Customer Service, Sales, and Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Adept at functioning effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and cooperative.
