Key Responsibilities- Sales Lead Management: Distribute and manage sales leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Customer Negotiation: Meet customers at the negotiation stage of the sales process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
- Finance and Proposal Management: Produce finance quotes and proposals to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Part-Exchange and Valuation: Conduct part-exchange appraisals and valuations to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with closing deals and providing guidance on sales techniques and strategies.
- Sales Activity Review: Review sales team activity and follow-ups to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Sales Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Referral: Aim to achieve 100% customer referral with sales executive interaction to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Business Planning: Assist the management team in planning, forecasting, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in the vehicle sales environment, excellent customer communication skills, and a strong understanding of finance suppliers and packages. You will also need excellent negotiation skills and a full and valid driving license.
