Job Title: Offering Specialist

At Vertiv, we are seeking a highly skilled Offering Specialist to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As an Offering Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Offering Managers and the Sr. Director for Liquid Offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral.
  • Provide offering information to customers, sales teams, customer service, and application engineering.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, product demos, and sales enablement tools.
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop demand generation programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Interest in Liquid Cooling for the data center (preferred).
  • Strong time and priority management skills, with a drive to see projects to completion.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate specifications and launch materials.
  • Effective communication of technical information and complex ideas.
  • Experience working with customers and field sales teams (preferred).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in communicating customer needs.
  • General interest in sales, marketing, operations, and financial disciplines (preferred).
