Job Overview

As an Offering Specialist, you will support Offering Managers and the Sr. Director for Liquid Offerings. You will work across the organization with key customers, sales teams, regional stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on roadmaps through the New Product Development Stage Gate process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral.
  • Provide offering information to customers, sales teams, customer service, and application engineering.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, product demos, and sales enablement tools.
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing programs for demand generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Interest in liquid cooling for data centers (preferred).
  • Strong time and priority management skills, with a drive to see projects to completion.
  • Detail-oriented to provide accurate specifications and launch materials.
  • Effective communication of technical information and complex ideas.
  • Experience working with customers and field sales teams (preferred).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, especially in communicating customer needs.
  • General interest in sales, marketing, operations, and financial disciplines (preferred).
