The Specialized Investigating Authority is in search of a Compensation and Benefits Manager for a Fixed Term Contract. This organization is dedicated to addressing serious fraud, bribery, and corruption in the UK independently, functioning as a civil service entity under government accounting regulations.

Role Overview:

The Compensation and Benefits Manager will play a vital role within the People and Culture team, directly reporting to the Chief People Officer. Key responsibilities encompass offering expertise on compensation and benefits issues, formulating strategies that align with the organization's goals, and managing stakeholder communications.

  • Collaborating with various business units to devise effective compensation strategies

  • Preparing proposals for compensation strategies and annual salary reviews

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: £53,132 - £62,877
  • Civil Service Pension with a 27% employer contribution

Location:

The position is initially based in central London with future relocation to Canary Wharf. Remote working arrangements are available, requiring occasional office attendance.
