Interim Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
Venn Group is currently partnered with a large healthcare organization who urgently require an interim full-time administrative support specialist. The role involves working from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week on-site in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Support and deliver to deadlines on a wide range of administrative processes.
- Communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Report production and minute taking.
- Proficient in keyboard skills.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize own workload.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
