Front Office Coordinator - Wrexham - Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new role for a Front Office Coordinator to join a prominent facilities management organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately, issuing visitor passes, accompanying guests on the premises, and serving as the primary contact for any reported concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage phone calls and ensure efficient call routing.
  • Issue visitor passes and guide guests throughout the facility.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any reported issues.
  • Assist with the handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate courier services and oversee meeting room and conference call arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and stationery, and be prepared to assist with various tasks to support your manager, team, and clients.
