Position: Administrative Coordinator (Part-time contract of 22.5 hours)
Location: Wrexham

- Provide administrative support to site management.
- Coordinate daily communications, including phone calls, letters, and emails, ensuring timely responses.
- Process purchase orders efficiently.
- Produce necessary documents and correspondence accurately and confidentially.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, including information distribution for meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as copying, document preparation, office supply management, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings.
- Develop and manage spreadsheets, collating information as required.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure all duties are performed safely and in compliance with regulations.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication, listening, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in information technology, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Administrative capabilities, including typing and coordination of management reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage sensitive, confidential information regularly.
Experience with SAP systems and accounting principles.
