Job Summary

TRADEBE UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordination of daily tasks, correspondence, and reports.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate production of necessary documents and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, including distribution of information for meetings and site visits.
  • Perform general office duties, including copying, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate site visits and meetings, and assist with the coordination of consignment notes and documentation.
  • Update and maintain administrative sections of the SAP System database.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and respond to service-related issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Administrative skills, including typing and coordination of management reports.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP computer system and accounting principles.
