CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to present a new role for a Front Office Security Coordinator within a prominent facilities management organization. This position involves being the initial point of contact, managing telephone communications, issuing temporary access badges, and ensuring the safety and security of visitors on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management Duties:
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and parcel deliveries, ensuring proper distribution within the office.
- Handle the dispatch of mail and parcels.
- Conduct monthly PFE checks, ensuring the integrity of seals and monitoring pressure levels.
- Perform monthly emergency lighting inspections and record findings.
- Execute monthly fire door assessments to check for any damages.
- Manage online orders from suppliers.
- Organize and store received deliveries in designated storage areas.
- Assist during the absence of the handyman, including replenishing supplies in communal areas.
- Support the Facilities Manager with various tasks as needed.
- Administer access badge issuance and management for visitors.
- Escort visitors throughout the premises and secure areas.
- Renew vendor access via the online administration portal.
- Terminate access for vendors no longer required.
- Coordinate with new vendors to facilitate access badge creation.
- Assist the site security team with incident investigations.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar front office role.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong punctuality and time management.
- Professional appearance.
- Capable of making informed decisions to resolve issues.
- Highly organized and able to perform under pressure.
- Salary range - £20,000 - £25,000.
