This position is based in the UK and the successful candidate will be employed by Poseidon Digital.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in facilitating the immersive experience of MESMERICA. As an on-site representative, you will serve as our company ambassador, engaging with venue staff and the audience. This role is part-time and will continue as long as there is demand for tickets. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, possesses customer service experience, has knowledge of social media, and maintains a cheerful, positive demeanor.

Poseidon Digital's shows are fully immersive music and art cinematic projection experiences designed for planetariums and large screen theaters, aimed at promoting relaxation, joy, and a sense of well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and dismantling our lobby display, including signage, check-in stations, and merchandise
• Greeting and checking in attendees, addressing any inquiries
• Managing merchandise inventory and sales
• Ensuring a seamless event experience for guests
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Maintaining effective communication with our Venue Operations team

*Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.*
