We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the specification sales department. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector, with a focus on growing sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and business decision makers in the hospitality sector
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to effectively plan and share upcoming project demands
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, determining and implementing strategies to meet changing market conditions
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales excellence within specification sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new business
  • Experience of selling directly into the hospitality industry with a strong industry network and solid knowledge of market conditions
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and account management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and generating new leads
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, combined with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in CRM software is desirable
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have a willingness to travel and stay away as required
