Marketing Executive

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join their team. This unique specialist travel company operates an array of holidays to worldwide destinations and requires a Marketing Executive to coordinate social media activity, create engaging content, and produce brochures for each of their specialist brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Coordinate the production of brochures, newsletters, and direct mail to ensure timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Manage social media platforms to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Organize digital and print advertisement schedules to meet deadlines and achieve marketing goals.
  • Coordinate PR requests and image requirements to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Support the marketing team with event organization, trade show participation, and exhibition management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including marketing activity coordination, brochure fulfillment, and data management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel industry experience is highly desirable.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in brochure production and creation of engaging content.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for various formats.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and campaigns, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

Additional Information:

  • Salary dependent on experience, up to circa £33k.
  • Hybrid role, 3 days office-based in Hampshire.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
